If I were to say, there was a type of exercise that I absolutely despise it is probably at heart. That is probably not the record that was expected of me to begin with, but I think I had to say because I know that many of you out there feel the same. I think my mood toward the heart is more a mental thing than anything physical, but for me there's nothing more boring than doing cardiovascular activity.
